we are cooking with fresh vegetables, mainly grown in the franconian region. all ingredients are cut by hand. we are cooking with sunflower oil and without monosodium glutamate. with nearly all dishes aromatic thai rice is served. because all wok dishes are made fresh, time needed for preparation might vary.
